(1) Higher quality requirements for stone materials

If these projects are quoted at the traditional yield rate of 80%, the losers will complain bitterly.

Most architectural decoration projects in China adopt a bidding system, and whoever bids the lowest wins the bid. Which factor ultimately determines the bid price of a building decoration project? It is stone material of course, and the bidding price of stone material depends on that factor again? It is to determine the rise and fall of stone enterprises, "out of material rate". Win the bid with the lowest price, but want the best stone quality, believe that stone enterprise will not do so unfair, unfair stupid thing. Stone production enterprises often come out some negative news, the project won the bid at a low price after the project side of the material quality requirements are so strict, the material rate is too low, how to lose money? Shutdown bai! Without adjusting the stone quotation, I did it slowly and dragged it until the project side adjusted the price again according to the low material rate.

This contradiction is not caused by stone production enterprises, I believe that no stone production enterprises are willing to give such a back-and-forth scandal. But the realistic system of building decoration is like this, "low bid, high bid out", "low bid, high quality supply". I dont know what economic theory, what economic logic? Sometimes its hard to face the reality of a project that offers a low price and a high quality product without sighing! (4) Special requirements on texture affect the yield

Some architectural decoration projects have special requirements on the texture of stone, the direction of the length and width (height) is not the same material yield; The rate of grain production is not the same as that of grain production.
